Clarification on “PISO FLIP: Chance to Win Up to ₱1 Million” Promotion

Upon reviewing the matter, and in keeping with our commitment to transparency and strict compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Casino Plus promptly updated the interface design. The graphic has since been revised to display a “BIG WIN” coin instead of a specific monetary value, while the actual credited amount continues to be clearly reflected in the designated credit display section of the platform.

Casino Plus has also addressed the concerns formally raised through PAGCOR and has reached out to the concerned players to provide additional clarification on the mechanics of the promotion.
